Eligibility Requirements for Solar Installation

You must own a residential property with a suitable rooftop for solar panel installation.

You should have essential documents like Aadhaar card, latest electricity bill, bank details, and property ownership proof.
Adequate Roof Space
A minimum of 10 sq. metres of shadow-free rooftop area is needed per 1 kW solar capacity.

You should not have availed any solar subsidy previously under any government scheme.
Indian Citizen
Applicant must be an Indian citizen with a valid Aadhaar number.
